Für Touristen ist das Grand Canyon Village der Hauptanlaufspunkt am South Rim des Grand Canyons. Hier konzentrieren sich die wesentlichen touristischen Einrichtungen des South Rims, allen voran das Besucherzentrum Canyon View Information Plaza rückwärtig vom Aussichtspunkt Mather Point gelegen. Darüber hinaus werden im Grand Canyon Village Geschäfte und Andenkenläden betrieben.

Wir haben vor Grand Canyon im Grand Canyon Camper Village einen Platz gefunden und werden von hier aus dieses Naturwunder erkunden. Am gleichen Abend schauen wir uns den Grand Canyon Film im Imax Theater an. ....american dream roads im Camper durch Amerika

We always show the Grand Canyon IMAX® Movie in our air conditioned theater. The hourly showing of this great film is just one of the many exciting attractions at the National Geographic Visitor Center.
